International 20/20 Game - see News article below

Glapwell Colliery Cricket Club has played in the Bassetlaw League since it was formed in 1892 and the first team have maintained the excellent record of staying in the top two divisions of that league since it began. For season 2009, we have 3 teams in the Bassetlaw league - Championship, Division 4 and Division 8.

We are also members of the Mansfield Sunday League with two teams - Premier division and Division 5. In addition, our U11, U13 & U17 junior sides also play in the Chesterfield and Mansfield Leagues.

The club has a great tradition and has significantly improved facilities both playing and socially over the last few years and it is the great spirit within the club that has partially achieved this development. We attempt to ensure that the game is played with a smile on the face while still in an extremely competitive manner. Training nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays so feel free to come up to the ground if you are interested in joining us
